Legends of the Game Baseball Museum & Learning Center, 1000

and equipment from the Baseball Hall of Fame and artifacts from the Smithsonian

features interactive exhibits related to science, math, history, geography

River Legacy Living Science Center, 703 NW Green Oaks Blvd.;

exhibits, living aquaria, and terraria. Guided nature walks, animal presentations
and special outdoor programs are scheduled year round. The Center is
located at the threshold to a 1,300-acre park along the Trinity River.

in 1914 by Arlington leader James Park Fielder, this prairie-style home

General Motors Assembly Plant, 2525 E. Abram; 817-607-6571. (Voice
mail is only returned on Tuesdays. Plan ahead!) Home to the Cadillac
Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban, the General Motors plant has been assembling
automobiles in Arlington for over 50 years. Tours are limited and must
be scheduled in advance. This is a two-hour walking tour and children
under 10 are not allowed in the plant for safety reasons. Groups from
10-30 people are preferred.
