Kerr County Fair
The annual Kerr County Fair provides the
residents of Kerr County and adjacent counties an opportunity to
exhibit their finished skills and recognizes their achievements.
Among the activities featured are a parade through downtown Kerrville,
a carnival, contests, scholarship pageants, 4H & FFA livestock
exhibits, food & drink,
music, dancing, team roping and the exciting bull and barrel contest.
Chili and barbeque cook-offs (CASI & CTBA sanctioned), petting
zoo and pony rides. Old-fashioned family fun with something for

Kerrville Folk Festival
Eighteen great days of musical events,
starting the Thursday before Memorial Day at the outdoor theater
at Quiet Valley Ranch. Enjoy excellent music on the scenic campgrounds.

Kerrville Senior Games
An Olympic style event for ages 50 and better,
held annually in the spring. The event hosts a variety of athletic,
recreational and social events including swimming, biking, basketball,
bowling, golf, bridge, dominoes and more. Kerrville is a state

Kerrville Wine & Music Festival
Labor Day Weekend. A four-day
condensed version of the internationally famous 18-day Folk Festival.
Original songwriters and entertainers from all over the nation

Texas Heritage Living History Weekend
Traditional country music
festival held in the fall of each year. This three-day event was
established in July 1987 to preserve and perpetuate the traditions
of Texas music and to examine the background of Texas heritage.
Celebrate using stories & songs, see chuck
wagons and teepees, Texas Ranger camp, Indians, vaqueros, trick
