“NEW FOR 22” . . . Our annual Fall Festival at the Arboretum is returning this year with some old favorites as well as a few new attractions!!! We know FOOD is always a favorite . . . So this year we have invited a few of your local FOOD TRUCK vendors . . . YUMMMM. YES, there will be deliciously refreshing beverages as well!!! For Athens’ “young-uns”, Candy the Clown, pumpkin decorating, Halloween Costume Contest AND a bounce house AND Children’s Games . . . not to forget “Face Art”. Speaking of art, the HENDERSON COUNTY ART CLUB will be on display in the Woman’s Building. Show off your “Fur-babies” at our “Pet Costume Contest” under the direction of Kristin Willingham from Athens Chamber of Commerce! Our newest attraction is a DUNKING BOOTH, courtesy of Red Hat Rentals! Need I say more??? A FIRST for this year is live music by “Casting Stones” in the Pavilion!!! ANOTHER FAVORITE will be local Vendors displaying their Treasures for sale throughout the grounds: A returning favorite is Athens Animal Rescue with pets up for adoptions!!! All this would not be possible without the support of our Athens community of businesses AND volunteers. The East Texas Arboretum is celebrating 20 years of Fall Festivals . . . come join us in the celebration!!! Admission is $5.00 a vehicle!
