La Union del Pueblo Entero: "Cultivando Nuestras Semillas" Exhibition

The City of San Benito Cultural Arts Department (C.A.D.) is thrilled to invite you to La Union del Pueblo Entero’s “Cultivando Nuestras Semillas” exhibition running from Saturday, April 27, 2024 to Saturday, July 27, 2024. This is the traveling exhibition’s final stop and only the second exhibition at the recently reopened San Benito Cultural Arts Center. We can’t wait to see you here! “Cultivando Nuestras Semillas” is a bilingual exhibition curated by La Unión del Pueblo Entero (L.U.P.E) and the Center for Mexican American Studies at U.T.R.G.V. It features a rich collection that includes objects from L.U.P.E. and its historical predecessor organizations, showcasing the influence of the movement in the Rio Grande Valley. This exhibition is part of a series of activities commemorating the 20th anniversary of L.U.P.E and runs until July 27, 2024.
