We started as a sidewalk sale with a couple of yard sales. Now, 30+ MILES of a biannual community yard sale, flea market/.festival happens every April and September on the third full weekend. The communities of Grandview, Sand Flat, Cleburne, Alvarado, Venus and Maypearl put their own spin on this event. Between Grandview and Cleburne pasture show offer 100's of vendors at each location. DO NOT PARK ON THE EASEMENT OR HIGHWAY between Grandview and Cleburne. Each location should offer off road, free parking within their location. Waxahachie antique shops offer DISCOUNTS. Downtown Grandview is considered the "Heart of the Show" with vendors galore. The "founders of the festival" have opened a vendor lot called Antique Alley Junction (next to Grandview Feed). They will continue to provide treasures galore and complete information for the entire festival. Mennonite vendors and many more do not participate on Sundays in Grandview.
