Every 2nd weekend in December we host our annual Christmas in Downtown event to the delight of approximately 10,000 visitors! Cuero Main Street becomes reminiscent of a magical Christmas with lights along the rooftops, Christmas music piped in, decorations in the store windows and a 30 foot illuminated Christmas tree with Santa Claus’s workshop nearby. 2021 will feature local performances and live musical entertainment, Petting Zoo, Snowzilla, Mountain Slide, Ninja Nation, and other new attractions. The Vintage-inspired scene will include artificial ice rink prominently on Main Street, along with food trucks and merchant vendors and late night shopping for the Christmas shopping season. The family tradition continues with horse and carriage rides around our decorated Courthouse and is an event that south Texas families have come to treasure. sourced by Cuero Main Street Website
