Since 1938, Palestine has celebrated the Dogwood blooms the last two weekends in March and the first weekend in April. Activities are scheduled each weekend to compliment the celebration with the Dogwood Festival being the first weekend. A parade with marching bands, stained glass tours of our historic churches, historic and architectural tours, Sunday morning brunch, a rodeo, vendors, artists, buskers, kid zones and much more. $1.00 entrance fee. Historic Downtown Palestine.
