Slow Meat Feast at Regan Ranch

An Argentine styled grilling event serving ranch raised meats and Argentine specialties, in an outdoor “Quincho” at a working ranch in East Texas! Enjoy an evening with a meat feast on the ranch! An Argentine parillada is a meat based meal that is typically eaten over a number of hours as each cut of meat becomes ready. As I don't have my wine/beer license yet, if you'd like wine or beer during the meal, please feel free to bring your own. We will conclude the feast with a typical Argentine ‘campesino’ dessert!
