Trades of the West: The Art, Culture and Craft of Mezcal with Bruxo Founders Santiago Barreiro
Experience the flavors of summer with this informative, educational, and immersive program celebrating mezcal and the flavors of Mexico. Listen to the founders of Bruxo mezcal as they share their stories and learn about the people and the process of distilling this time honored drink.
From the Mexican state of Oaxaca, learn all about mezcal from planting and harvesting by generations of farming families to the distilling process. Taste for yourself the deep smoky flavors mezcal is known for. Savor the pairings of small plates of mole, tasty bichos (or bugs), with a dash of sal de gusano.
Tickets include a program with mezcal tasting paired with small bites followed by dinner (appetizers and enchilada dinner) with specialty cocktails - Mezcal Mule & Paloma Mezcal. Food by Cuish/Gusto Group.
