Officially known as Long Range Penetration Groups, Chindits were special operations groups within the British Army sent behind enemy lines to harass the Japanese in Burma. Come to this special free outpost to learn more about the Chindits and their role deep in the jungles of the Pacific War. Join us at the Pacific Combat Zone on Austin Street at 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. The Outposts are free and open to the public, there is no need for a ticket!
