Music in the Park
Held throughout the summer and early fall, Pflugerville’s Music is the Park is a free outdoor concert series held in lovely Pfluger Park. Spectators enjoy a variety of musical genres, from country to blues to jazz on Sunday evenings from 5 pm to 7 pm. Bring your lawn chairs, pfurry friends, blankets, picnic baskets, friends and neighbors for a free evening of music and relaxation. Enjoy bites of local cuisine from onsite food trucks. Red, White and Boom at Typhoon Texas/Independence Day Pfireworks
Prepare for a positively explosive July 4^th with Pflugerville’s annual Independence Day Pfireworks, a favorite event held adjacent to one of the area’s most popular attractions, Typhoon Texas. See the show both within and outside the waterpark. Other festivities include DJs, stilt walkers, face painters, giveaways and more. At 9 pm, when it’s good and dark, cascades of dazzling fireworks fill the night sky. Tune your car radio to KPEZ FM 102.3 The Beat to hear music synchronized to the fireworks show. What a way to celebrate America’s independence!

Deutschen Pfest
Don the dirndl and hoist your stein! Pflugerville’s popular annual festival, Deutschen Pfest, has been delighting crowds for nearly 50 years. Held every October, the two-day celebration highlights the area’s German roots and culture with live music, authentic cuisine and all sorts of games and fun.
