Spring Fling Flashback - Music Festival on the Square
Come and enjoy a weekend of the BEST music, all around the city! This new event centers around all your 50’s 60’s, soft rock and yacht rock favorites! Vendors, Food and two nights of headliner concerts, right on the Town Square! 

May – June

Paluxy Music Festival 
Get ready for our 2nd annual Paluxy Music Festival! Come and enjoy a city-wide celebration of Country Music! Former headliners were Curtis Grimes, Mike Ryan and Bart Crowe. This year will be just as exciting! Bands will be announced as the event draws close, so visit the website to stay in the loop!

October

Glen Rose Wine & Arts Festival 
The 7th annual festival will take place in October 2025. This popular event showcases local wines, whiskeys, and art. Browse the many vendors and enjoy the live music throughout the day, and Friday & Saturday night! 

November – December 

Christmas Town in Glen Rose! 
Step into a magical wonderland as our Historic Town Square transforms into Christmas Town during the holiday season. Picture the entire square aglow with twinkling lights, a giant snow globe, and a charming train circling the square on selected weekends throughout December. 

Festivities kick off with a magical Hometown Christmas Parade and a spectacular tree lighting ceremony with the Mayor of Glen Rose. The Courthouse Square will be adorned with a beautiful Nativity scene, reminding us all of the true meaning of Christmas. 
Enjoy the festive sounds of carolers filling the air with holiday cheer as you stroll our many quaint shops and gift boutiques. It’s a true Hallmark card come to life! Don’t miss the chance to visit Santa Claus in the gazebo and take a photo in the giant sleigh.
