Texas Whiskey Festival Event Schedule

Each year, distillers, master blenders, whiskey connoisseurs and those who are new to the world of distilled spirits gather at the Texas Whiskey Festival. The event celebrates the alchemy and art that transforms grain into whiskey, bourbon, and single malts that are among the best of the best in the Lone Star State. Add in tasty food truck fare, live entertainment, raffle giveaways, barrel-aged cigars, and the camaraderie of fellow whiskey enthusiasts, and you have an evening you won’t soon forget! 

Here is some information to help you plan your sip and savor tour of Texas spirits:

April 20, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

Texas Whiskey Festival Location 

Star Hill Ranch — located 25 miles west of downtown Austin, at 15000 Hamilton Pool Road, Austin, TX 78738 

Texas Whiskey Festival Schedule 

Event opens to VIP “Single Barrel” Ticket Holders at 4:30 p.m. 

Event opens to General Admission “Small Batch” Ticket Holders at 5:30 p.m. 

Live music begins at 8:30 p.m. 

Gates close at 10 p.m. 

Texas Whiskey Festival Fees 

VIP or Single Barrel Tickets $135 

With VIP tickets, you receive: 

• Early entry at 4:30 p.m. 

• Access to the VIP Building 

• Tastings from distilleries 

• Special pours 

• A complimentary barrel-aged cigar from Ohana Nui 

• Food (while it lasts) 

General Admission or Small Batch Tickets $89 

With general admission tickets, you receive: 

• Access to the festival at 5:30 p.m. 

• Tastings from distilleries 

Designated Driver Tickets $20 

• Allows entry into the festival but no distillery samples
