Lewisville ColorPalooza
ColorPalooza features a wide variety of exhibits and interactive events with a “spring feel” for the whole family. Free admission with some activities at a nominal charge. Visitors will get to show off their artistic abilities, watch skilled artists create one-of-a kind sculptures and paintings, marvel at colorful sidewalk chalk art, and learn how to better care for the Earth and make their homes more environmentally friendly. There is an emphasis on interactive events for children, including inflatable play structures and creative arts and crafts stations. Everyone will enjoy the cultural dance and music performances on stage.

Keeping Tradition Alive
Keeping Tradition Alive is held in conjunction with a multi-national firefighter symposium focusing on honor corps activities. Enjoy firefighters from across the world performing a public concert showcasing bagpipes and drums. Food, beverages, kids' activities and a performance by a regional band completes the event. Admission is free.

Liberty by the Lake
Held in The Colony, this signature Independence Day tradition includes live music, parade, children’s activities, business vendors, fun run/walk, salsa shootout and a fireworks finale that rivals any in North Texas. Local restaurants and food vendors also will be on-site selling a variety of fares.

Lewisville Western Days
Western Days is Lewisville’s two-day music, arts, and food festival that is considered one of its premier events. Enjoy activities such as top bands on five stages, gunfight re-enactments, mechanical bull rides, antique tractor show, Western art exhibit, Native American dancers, and the World Tamale-Eating Championship.

Best Little Brewfest in Texas
The City of Lewisville partners with Cloud 9 Charities to produce Best Little Brewfest in Texas, the only craft beer festival where 100% of the proceeds are designated for charity. The event includes beer sampling and a brewing competition, live bands on two stages, and food trucks. Over 95 breweries will be present with more than 200 labels represented.

Pay tribute to past and present U.S. military service members at the American Heroes Festival: A Salute to Veterans held in The Colony.
